Hello, I suspect it might be some kind of Malware download Malwarebytes then perform a complete scan see whether it finds something. Try to reboot the System in Selective Startup follow this link Run Selective Startup using System ConfigurationRun Selective Startup using System Configurationand see whether you have the same problem.
