I have a USB Wireless N adapter(TP-Link WN722). I put in the registry entry I found on MSofts site (EnableWoWLAN), but the Allow this device to wake computer option is still disabled for the adapter. Does this mean my network adapter doesn't support WOL or am I missing something? I updated the driver for the adapter ot the latest version already.

If I can't get it to work, it is a shame because I want to Remote into the box occasionally and I will have to keep it always on.

Wireless wake on lan doesn't work because the transmitter is turned off in sleep mode. When the hub/router loses your transmitter it considers you to be disconnected. If you notice it has to re-connect each time you wake it up.

The work around is to go old school and plug in a cable when you need WOL service. The hardwired adapter should have this feature.
