I guess this is my rant post for the month, but heck... Check Point Software deserves it.
They're advertising all over their site, how wonderfully compatible ZoneAlarm Pro is with Windows 7. They're even currently offering a 3-PC license for $29, which is a decent price. And ZoneAlarm has always been a great firewall.
So what's wrong with this?
2GHz or faster processing power is REQUIRED for the firewall to run. It's written in the "System Requirements" section, to be fair to Check Point. But who would ever think that their firewall required literally TWICE as fast of a processor as their Operating System?
That's messed up...
