So i have done all these so far: MemTest86+ without errors, clean installed all drivers, tried to reset but got BSOD during it too, sfc /scannow fails, dism caused BSOD too, did check disk too and as i told in title, it only come when i cold boot PC.

What ram did you get as a replacement?
Kingston HyperX Fury 16gb (2x8 gb) 2400 mhz DDR4 kit. Ironic tbh because my old set had Kingston HyperX Fury 16gb (2x8 gb) 1866 mhz DDR3 kit and i sold them and cpu last friday XD

They'll do you well. Bit of a perormance upgrade to as you'll be using dual channel. For that they need to be in A2 and B2
