Suppose it had to happen some time, but never had a BSoD.
Was wondering if someone could help tell me what exactly went wrong.

Motherboard drivers, GFX drivers, and Windows are all up to date.

I've included all the CPUZ screen shots and HTML of the RamMon info as well as everything that W7F Diagnostic Tool collected

Any help would be greatly appreciated

the above dump file can be caused by old or out of date drivers, corrupt data and bad RAM. The bsod occurred because the machine accessed information held in the memory but found it was corrupt either because the data was/is corrupt or the RAM has a fault.

Run a system file check to make sure Windows isn't corrupt. Open an admin command prompt by right clicking on it and choosing run as admin. Type:
sfc /scannow
Press enter and await results.

If your still getting a bsod the download the latest version of Memtest86 here:
http://www.memtest.org/
You'll need to burn it to either disk or USB then boot from it. This is so the RAM can be tested outside of windows so you'll need to change the boot order via the system bios. Run for at least 12hrs if possible (leave overnight) unless it becomes clear that the RAM has an issue (you see an error message) then stop the test.

Post any new dump files.
