dxgkrnl.sys is DirectX Graphics Kernel:

1. Overclocking can be the cause
2. Onboard video with a wrong amount of apertured RAM can be the cause too
3. Reinstall your video card driver with the latest version
4. Update Link Removed

thx i updated directx and haven't got a bsod so far.
