Windows 7 install printer drivers without internet connection?

I tried to get drivers for my HP deskjet 5940 from HP but they say at their site that the drivers are already in Win 7 but you need to be connected to the internet to install them. No extra downloads are needed. Currently I don't have an internet connection for my computer and may not have for some time. Is there a way around this problem?

No, so far as I've seen so far. What happens is the Windows 7 Update feature downloads the correct drivers.

So you'll need the internet connection to get the drivers you need.
