try going to the intel site and using the Vista drivers. that is an older chipset and win 7 support may never be developed.

Why on Earth not -- is INTEL banned where you live.

AFAIK INTEL isn't on a "Hit list" of companies not available outsife the WEST unless some world shattering event has occurred within the last 30 minutes.

The drivers are clearly posted on the website.

If you're looking for drivers to enable Aero (Glass effects) then you're going to be sadly disappointed.
Your video chipset is not supported.
