When resetting a lost password i accidentally deleted the SAM file on my computer. Whenever i try to start my computer it is about to load the user login screen before the entire computer reboots and says there's a software or hardware issue(The one that appears if power was disrupted when windows was starting). Can anyone help with this??? I don't have a windows installation disk so i can't use the repair my computer option. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How do you accidentally delete the SAM file???
Can you boot it using some kind of bootdisk and look in the "System32\config\RegBack" folder to see if there's a copy of the SAM file there?
