I am setting up an image to duplicate on our student laptops this year and have run into a strange problem. Our computers are on a Domain and the image works great but when a new user logs on with their Domain credentials, all of the stock active tiles are blank and unresponsive. We can have the student log out and back in and the tiles all work the second time. Same thing happens every time a new user logs on for the first time. Any ideas?

I think there's a problem with your server where images, i think it is not a Win 8 issue..
