I am trying to do a backup on a CD but the following message pops up:

0x80071A90 the function attempted to use a name that is reserved for use by another transaction

I have a Windows 7, HP G62 Notebook PC, 64-bit operating system

I'm trying to backup my hard drive. I am using the Backup and Restore software that is part of windows (found under Control Panel and then Systems and Security)

OK thanks....you do know you CAN'T backup your HDD to a CD/DVD...there's not enough storage space. You need another HDD.

Alrighty I can do the backup to another HDD but the error isn't about storage space...
