Every time I plug my USB in the port "USB DRIVE(M: )" pops up in "Devices and drivers" next to "WIndows(C: )" for a split second and vanishes instantly. Since it's gone so quickly I can not access the fies on the USB drive. The drive is however still recognised by the computer. It is shown in device manager and I can examine it's properties.
This may have something to do with the problem so here is "Device not migrated" log from "Events" section of USB proterties:
Device USBSTOR\Disk&Ven_SMI&Prod_USB_MEMORY_BAR&Rev_1000\7&591cfa9&0 was not migrated due to partial or ambiguous match.

Last Device Instance Id: USBSTOR\Disk&Ven_ADATA&Prod_USB_Flash_Drive&Rev_1100\11A2223042280026&0
Class Guid: {4d36e967-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}

I have checked my drivers and they're up to date and also support USB 3.0 (The one I'm using).
What could be going on with my computer?
