I recently got a new computer with Windows 7, 64-bit.
There is a program that worked fine on my previous XP Home machine.

It was a program that I wrote in QB and compiled into an .exe file.

It refuses to run on this 64-bit machine. Is there anything I can try?

Hey there.

Yes. Right click on the .exe and choose properties. Compatibility tab. Then set it to XP SP3. Run the file and see what happens.

I tried that. I still get the same error: the version of this program is not compatible with the version of Windows...etc. etc
