When I change into High Definition Audio Device there is this error message. Is this safe for me to change?

I also took a snip of the support page and you do have a recent driver update for that particular driver:

If your installing the driver to a laptop then it can depend on where the driver has come from.

Laptops need to use drivers supplied by the manufacturer so can you post a little more information on what the system is ect..

Also may I add, it's the realtek one you upgrade not the high def one as thats a microsoft driver for the os and not for the actual audio device.
