The process dllhost.exe keeps opening and closing, witch causes the window i'm navigating to minimize. I can't game, cause the games keep crashing when the bug happens. Help please!

Solution
Could be malware infection. This process when used by malware generally means it could be running entirely in memory and it saves to disk only for persistence. I would boot into safe mode and run some scanners such as malware bytes
