it takes upto 25 mins to get my control panel to open most of the times it just wont budge i have done the complete scan of my pc using Microsoft as well as avg (paid) sfc/scannow has shown some files are corrupted how do i go froward with it . (Note i have limited knowledge of computers)
 

Solution
If your running Windows 8 try opening an admin command prompt and type (or copy and paste):
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
Press enter and await results. Be patient as this can sometimes take a while to run through.
