Hi, i have a question,

I would like the CORE PARKING function, but my cores are not parked, All Cores are on 0-3% in User, but Windows 7 is not parking any core :(

has somebody a idea?​

I thought that was available on 2008 server and hyperV, didnt think you could do it on 7. I could be wrong...let me look
