Windows Vista Folders will not open pictures

Google "Take Control" Vista and you should find the necessary software.

Is it an admin issue? I downloaded Take Control and that doesn't open the pictures in the one folder either.

I just did a system restore and everything is working fine now. I wish i knew what setting may have gotten changed.
