Does WIN 7 currently have a way to set so that your wallpaper can be a .mpeg or .avi file?

I am aware of the Photo wallpaper where pictures you choose change at a set amount of time.

I was wondering if there is a way for me to set the wallpaper to be a short clip or a movie.

no. ms took it out in windows 7. the program you are thinking of exists in windows vista ultimate and is called dreamscene and there are patches for it to work on other versions of vista with aero
