Everytime I open more than one tab in internet explorer a voice starts telling me how to clear my history ect. How can I turn it of.

It sounds like you have Microsoft Narrator activated. Click: Start - Programs - Accessories - Ease of Access - Narrator. Click on exit. It takes a few seconds to actually shut off.
