I have had this program running on my laptop for a number of years without problems, up until the other day, when I started having problems opening attachments in emails.

I decided to uninstall Office and reinstall

Problem now is that when trying to reinstall I get this message (see picture)

Can someone please explain lay men's terms how I can fix
