Inksaver runs fine with explorer on my window 7 machine… see screenshot.

However the system requirements clearly states: Any PC running Windows® 7(x86 x64) or XP(x86).

Notice the lack of a windows 8 or 8.1 or 10… you must have done something interesting with your .net to get it installed and as explorer also uses .net I’d suggest that is the cause of your issues.
