I am running win 7
I am able to watch a film in Windows Media Player ( WMP ), but when I start up Windows Media Center ( WMC ) I am not able to watch it in WMP ( via WMC )

This is not regarded to all of the films, but some of them.

Hello and welcome.

Maybe it's due to Digital Rights Management.

Do you receive an error message or just something like WMP cannot play this file?

Please fill out your computers specs in the User Control Panel here on the site as well. It will then appear next to your name. look at my posting and you'll see the drop-down arrow.

What build. If its 7201 then i know why. 7201 is not a full build. Parts are left out.

If its the rc then it could be hard ware.
