I saw a link to download the sp1 rtm in the blogs section. All it does is just take me back to the home page of this website. Am I doing something wrong?

I found this entry in the Registry...

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\COMPONENTS\DerivedData\Components\x86_microsoft-windows-directx-direct3d10.1_31bf3856ad364e35_6.0.6001.18000_none_50297d65a99216fa

These files also are found in the System32 Folder...

d3d10_1.dll
d3d10_1core.dll

It appears that DirectX 10.1 is installed but DxDiag does not report it as DirectX 10.1

So in other words this isnt the real, final version, so no point in installing?

or is it at least better than keeping the current shitty vista?

Could u show picture of this build i downloaded from this forum also, no test mode shown, yet when right click on properties, it shows this build as 6.0.6001.17028

Mine shows this...

Link Removed due to 404 Error

Yet, as said, if I right click on exe and look at properties, it shows 6.0.6001.17028

What odd is that IE shown current though, so im totally not sure what im looking at here...
