Hey guys! This is a little weird, and I'm a little shaky at the moment, but, 5 or so minutes ago my mouse randomly started moving up and down! I was uninstalling some programs I didn't use when it happend, so, I clicked the Function Key and the F3 key (this turns off the Wi-Fi on my PC) and it stopped. I don't know if somebody hacked my PC and I kicked them off by shutting off the Internet, or Windows was being stupid and stopped when I clicked the keyboard. Anyways, if you have any idea please vote in the box above. Thanks!

How about an defective mouse? Specially wireless mice are sensitve.
Try a wired mouse to test this.
