Windows 7 my japanese IME is bugging on specific chat's

Hello, first of all, sorry if this is wrong forum.
Ok so as title states im having issues with my japanese IME not working when im typing on twitch.tv
The text just disappears.
Ive recorded a short video to show and explain the issue.

If you should happen to have Windows 8, check that OS.
