Windows 7 Pccs_Lcifapi.Dll Failed To Load

Hi there,

When login windows 7, an error message of RegSvr32 showing

"The module c:\users\xxxxxx...\PCCS_LCIFAPI.DLL failed to load".

Can anyone please help? Thanks in advance.

Might be Nokia Local Connectivity Interface API Library, I would run Autoruns (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb963902) and find the offending startup item and disable it.
