Windows Vista Pixelated colors as laptop wakes up

When I wake up my computer from hibernation at some point during the boot sequence there is a black screen with three bands of pixelated colors. The computer works fine after it gets going, but there is this glitch. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

Unsure really.... Have you got the latest drivers installed?

Update all Drivers and Bios if possible.
