When I try to shutdown the computer using Win 7 ultimate it displays Shutdown in Progress but nothing happens even after 30 min wait. I have to shut it down using a power switch. On reboot in boots into Win 7 normally, like it was a regular shutdown. When I tried to run shutdown.exe /s /f /t 10 the response is "Shutting down in less than a minute" but again nothing happens and I have to use a power switch. I would appreciate your suggestion(s) how to fix it.

Thanks
