I tried uninstalling the keyboard driver and restarting... that didn't help, i also restarted and shut down... still having the same weird issue already checked and the filter or sticky keys were not activated. ... i'm using a usb keyboard for now but since i'm using a laptop it's quite a pain. my laptop is a Toshiba satellite L775D if that matters. Hopefully there is a fix to this because i really like the update.
