Windows 7 Unable to Delete Folder in C Drive: Admin Permission Required and File In Use

Hi Experts,

When i had tried to delete the folder in the C Drive it will asked the Admin permission

One POP message was displayed (You will need to provide the administrator permission to delete this folder ) Three buttons was displayed bottom of the screen.

when i clicked on the CONTINUE button again it will show one POP message the action cannot be completed the folder or file in it is open in another program

Would you please guide me

Hi,

Do you have the folder open in explorer or any other program? If you restart does it let you delete it.

You could boot into safe mode and try and delete the folder. Where is the folder? It's not something wanted by windows is it?
