Hello, I am currently facing a very pesky problem. I am using the MSDN version of Windows 7 Professional downloaded from my college's IT program. I am unable to boot windows 7 without my CD inserted. If I take it out, I am greeted with an error along the lines: Windows could not find a digital signature within winload.exe. I've tried turning off digital driver signature enforcement, but to no avail.

Solution
When you burn the disk, burn it at the slowest speed possible. Probably a bad burn

You do not need the disk to run windows.

Maybe the install didn't finish properly. I would start over from scratch. Maybe download the ISO again. Burn it slow and try again.
