I would say probably, but I would verify there are drivers to support Windows 10 on your system. If there are then the answer is likely yes.

honestly a 32 bit board with only 4 G Ram isn't going to run Windows 10 ... imo you should keep it on Linux and save up for a laptop that comes pre-installed
