i AM ATTEMPTING TO INSTALL A NEW PROGRAM

ALL I GET IS WINDOW INSTALLER SERVICE PROBLEM

CAN ANY ONE GIVE ME A CLUE

you might try coping the whole disk over to a folder, run exe from there
