I have widows 10 on my desktop. The sign on page does not come up. I have the first screen showing time and when I click to move that screen to the next screen, 1st screen moves but then i'm only left with a screen saver type image and my pin box is not showing up at all. No boxes are on the screen - just these flowers that look like a screen saver. How can I get past this area? I can use my mouse to get to ease of access and internet connectivity. I have rebooted several times and same thing. Even left machine off for 2 days. Still not taking me to the sign on box to enter a pin or password.

I would see if you are able to get into safe mode and review logs in Event viewer. Also run chkdsk /f /r and sfc /scannow
