After I download the ISO from MS I only get a file which says:

This disc contains a "UDF" file system and requires an operating system
that supports the ISO-13346 "UDF" file system specification.

What am I supposed to do now?

You need to use some burning software such as Nero and choose the option "Burn image to disc." Just copying the file to a DVD will not work. You must "burn image to disc" (DVD).
