When I Turn on my computer i try to remove my computer virus when I done removing the virus i restart my computer and suddenly the apps icon gone white and i cant click on the icon but all the app that have launch in the startup launch.I also cannot search everything that gone to white icon i cant search control panel.whenever i click the apps it says "The item you selected is unavalaible". The pc was laggy too

PLS HELP I am so mad at myself

it sounds like some corruption has set in. Please find command prompt, right click on it and run as admin. Type:
sfc /scannow
Press enter and await results.

Have you considered trying 'System restore'?
