Hi, my laptop show black screen afterfailed restore windows. It is run windows but didnt start anything. I cant restore to factory options.
i cant run .exe, regedit, amd. Sorry for my not good English.

Can you Ctrl+Alt+Del and get Task Manager? If so try going to File, Run and run explorer.exe
