Guys, need your advice. I want to learn how to do creative short cartoons, such as this one.
where it can be learned online, what software should I use?

have a chat to @whoosh ... these are the sort of things he makes = MUSIC - Don't Be A Smuck

imo iclone is the best software for this kind of theater (they offer some edu discounts) but it takes a learning curve

I studied for a long time, but switched to simple drawing.
But used After Effects or TOON BOOM Animate

Use these tools to do animations:

• Adobe Character Animator.
• Toon Boom Harmony.
• Blender.
• Pencil2D.
• Synfig Studio.
• Animaker.
• Vyond.
• Moovly.

Some of them are free and some of them are not. You will find the resources and the training of skill sets for that software on their respective website.
