Hi...

I have my computer connected to the internet through Tp-link usb, i want to share internet from that computer so i can use internet on my laptop in the other room. (Laptop is getting too low signals from the router that i had in my uncle's home).

for this i had created hotspot on pc, even laptop is connected to that hotspot but there comes "No Internet Access", PLEASE either tell me any solution for no internet access on hotospot connection or let me know if there is any other reason so that i can connect my laptop?

I would suggest investing in a wireless range extender. They are pretty cheap and easy to configure.
