It's fine. Nothing to be concerned at all with. Perfectly normal operation.

You'll want to install your video card driver though.

hey is it normal? this my first time using windows 7.

ive been using windowsXP for 5years.

That's what I said, yep.

It would be normal for XP, any version of Linux, or any operating system ever created in history.
