I noticed this folder created in my C: root. There are no files in it. It's an empty folder that was created last week. Have no idea where it came from. Something related to Azure and IPC? I'm just guessing. Folder name is MSIPCCache. Any info would be great. I find nothing on it when doing a google search. Thanks

Don't think it has anything to do with Windows. If there is nothing in it it should be safe to delete.
