Server 2012 R2 boots up, Please Wait appears for 15 minutes before allowing login.. The Hdd led is on constantly, keyboard unresponsive but Mouse ok

Any one know of this issue and have any suggested solutions?

Solution
Could be many things such as malfunction software, malware, operating system corruption or hardware issues.

I would start by checking for corruption by running the command 'sfc /scannow' and testing the ram and hard drive health.
