In Windows 7 there was a function that would allow me to "fill in" order forms with name, address, phone, Credit number and such. Is there a way to do this with Windows 8?

Lastpass sounds and looks like exactly what I have been looking for. Going through some of the video tutorials it looks like they are accessing the internet from the desktop for their tutorials. They are accessing lastpass from the toolbar at the top of the screen, and I can do the same of course. Windows 8, on the other hand, doesn't have a tool bar, or if it does, I don't know how to access it. Is that the only way it can be used? Will lastpass not actually work on Windows 8 ie?
