Windows 7 Equilizer for windows

Hi there guys. I am looking for equalizer, bass booster for windows. I know there are in some in famous media players. I want separate software for that. Is there any? Thanks

Have you tried the Realtek HD Audio Manager?

I would suggest that too, though some realtek cards dont support certain sound settings
