I am using window 7 on my computer but few days before its hanging and freezing continuously. I tried to scan my computer and also installed norton antivirus to speed up my computer. I am newbie for this forum site, so i have no more knowledge where is post my query.

Can anyone tell me how to remove hanging problem from my window 7 ?
