Been using SkyDrive for quite some time and recently installed MS Office 2013 professional which has SkyDrive Pro. Does this mean that I have two SkyDrive accounts available for storage?

Yes, although I believe it requires an Office 365 subscription. It's like a business account that only you can see the contents of (can't be shared like regular SkyDrive) and instead of viewing files on the normal SkyDrive website, you see them on the Office 365 site.

This SharePoint article explains it in more detail What is SkyDrive Pro? - SharePoint Server - Office.com
