In programs like Utorrent or BitToreent they just say connecting to peers and downloads never start. My friend got it to work and said he can't remember what he did. He said he remembered having to "Activate" some things in settings but has no idea what. Anybody can help me with this?!

Using those kinds of sites is bad news....as it leaves your system open to attacks while using the peer protocol. 9 times out of 10 those sites are used to obtain software illegally. For that reason this thread will be closed as that is against forum policy.
