Windows 7 Windows Experience Index Failure

This is a small problem on the surface but might indicate something else of potentially more significance. I tried to run the Windows Experience Index after installing Windows 7 (32 bit clean full install) and I got an error message saying "...the assessement did not complete successfully due to an error being reported from the operating system, driver, or other component." The components that "failed" were associated with graphics so I made sure I had the latest driver version. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

yes I've just read about this somewhere else maybe even another thread on this forum , I don't suppose you have Link Removed due to 404 Error installed on your system do you ?

As a matter of fact, I do have Kaspersky Internet Security. Have there been issues with this antivirus program?

yes

to cure it Link Removed due to 404 Error and then see if you can run your Windows Experience Index

Microsoft Security Essentials seems to do a decent job for an AV
