I came into work today with 724 new emails. Everything from my inbox and trash was duplicated again. Is there a way to prevent this? I use Windows 7 with Windows Live Mail 2011.

If you're using POP3 as your incoming mail protocol, switch to IMAP that should take care of the issue.
